I am a PhD Candidate in political science at Northwestern University. I am interested in democratization/authoritarianism, sub-national politics, political parties, and oligarchy in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand. In the past three years, I have been researching the rise of political dynasties at the sub-national level in Indonesia. I received my BA in Political Science from Parahyangan Catholic University (Bandung, Indonesia), a master's degree in Corporate Communications from London School of Public Relations (Jakarta, Indonesia), M.Sc. in Asian Studies from S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), and MA in Political Science from Northwestern University .
